What really makes Very[D] special is the people-oriented culture and practices. We are proud of the friendly, concerted atmosphere that exists in our office. We have lots of events and activities designed for interactions monthly, quarterly and annually.

 

We are proud to announce that on 21st Aug, 09 our company is a 6 year old company.  Apart from celebrating our ‘Foundation Day’ on 21st August every year, we also celebrate various other National Festivals like Republic Day, Independence Day, Diwali Festival, Holi, Christmas etc with full fun and enthusiasm.

 

We also reward high performance and encourage growth and mobility, so this is the reason we have various contests, programmes and events monthly. To maintain this, we reward the best performer each month by giving him/her the title of “Employee of the Month”.

 

Apart from all above mentioned events we also celebrate birthdays of all employees working with us. There are other various ‘Team Building Activities’ which are conducted once in a month, which helps in bringing employees together professionally and motivates them to work together.
Our quarterly events include ‘Ms. And Mr. Very[D]’ which is counted in our grand events after the ‘Foundation Day’ celebration.

 

All events and celebrations make employees feel relaxed from their hectic work schedule and definitely gives them a change from their daily work routine.
